RETURN, REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

EU Right of Withdrawal If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. This is your legal right under EU Directive 2011/83/EU.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us at support@nuloney.com within 14 days of receiving your order. You may use the standard withdrawal form or any other clear statement expressing your decision to withdraw.

Extended 30-Day Returns We go beyond the legal minimum — if you're not completely satisfied, you may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, in original condition and original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order number) required
  • Opened beauty or skincare products are excluded from our extended 30-day policy for hygiene reasons — however, your 14-day EU legal withdrawal right still applies to unsealed goods where the seal was not broken after delivery

How to Return

  1. Email support@nuloney.com with your order number and reason
  2. We'll send return instructions within 1-2 business days
  3. Ship the item back using a trackable method
  4. Refund processed within 5-10 business days of receiving your return

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error
  • For EU withdrawal returns, you bear the direct cost of returning goods unless we have agreed to bear that cost

Cancellation Before Shipment You may cancel your order at any time before it is shipped. Contact us immediately at support@nuloney.com. If your order has already been dispatched, please follow the return process above.

Damaged or Defective Items If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us at support@nuloney.com with photos within 48 hours. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Refunds Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect your return. For EU withdrawals, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive the returned goods.
